Your so-called success means nothing when you have nothing to show for it but spiritual poverty, and greed is a sin for which you must atone. Unmasterful in your dealings and held captive by the idea that by touching gold you can become gold, you seek the sense of control you otherwise lack through the manipulation of money. Incapable of living in the moment, money, and the pursuit of it, provides you with an eternal, neverending goal.

Your emptiness consumes you, and you seek desperately to fill it. Unable to control yourself, you instead work to control the green and hungry god of money, when the only thing that can fill the void within you is to submit, to deliver yourself and your greed up to me and pay what you owe.

I demand more than lesser gods require from their followers. Rather than the tithes imposed by other deities, I expect everything from you. If your devotion is to be complete, so must be your offerings. Until this point, your love of money has provided you with an endless goal: you work to accrue more and more, and no matter how much you save, it is never enough. I cannot correct your inability to enjoy the moments as they come, that weakness is inherent, but I can offer you a new and better goal, to work for me, to enrich me, and to serve me in the only way that you are able, by offering yourself up to me to be bled dry.

Everything that was once yours is now mine, to do with what I want. You have shown yourself to be unworthy, a lesser being, and once you have realized your true nature you have no choice but to offer up what you do have to my divine mercy and make your penance through your tributes.
