REQUIREMENTS
I am currently accepting up to two appointments per week, at a minimum of two hours, with priority given to longer dates. If you would like to meet for a shorter time, my two-hour rate will still apply.
I make it a priority to be proactive about my health, and I expect the same courtesy from you. Do not attempt to book if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, have travelled via airplane in the past two weeks, work in a high-risk field such as healthcare or essential retail, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days. Before meeting I will be sending a simple self-screening questionnaire, and I will be taking your temperature as soon as you arrive. If you have a temperature above 99.5° F I will ask you to leave immediately (cancellation will not apply).
If you or anyone you've been in contact with develops symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19 within fourteen days of our meeting, please contact me immediately so that I can take the appropriate actions.
I require screening for all new worshippers, and do not make exceptions. I treat your discretion with the same care and respect as I do my responsibility for your safety, and I will never share your information with anyone, for any reason.
I accept followers of all races, abilities, and gender identities. While I generally prefer the submission of more mature devotees, I accept the adoration of anyone 21 years of age or older, so long as they pass my screening process. While I do not make exceptions on my screening, I am fairly flexible with the information I require, and accept several different methods of verification, listed below. The more information you include in your first contact, the faster I can verify you.
1. Your full name, a personal phone number, a link to your social media (Facebook or LinkedIn), and a picture of your ID. Your name and photo are all I need to see, so feel free to cover any of the other information.
2. At least two references from providers you have seen within the past year. Please include your personal number, the providers' names, contact info, and a link to their current websites, twitter profiles, and/or paid ads. Any details they might remember you by are also helpful.

I DO NOT ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS FROM CURRENT OR FORMER MEMBERS OF ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, AS THEY ARE BEYOND EVEN MY SALVATION
Once you have passed screening, a 50% deposit is required for all first-time visitors. This allows me to secure the space I will be receiving you in, and shows me that you are serious in your intention to submit to me. Cancellations within 24 hours of our appointed time together will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
